General

With Mercedes-Benz GO, you can easily drive away a brand-new Mercedes-Benz with no down payment. You are in control of what you drive and the duration of the lease. With our fixed monthly payment, enjoy benefits such as motor insurance and road tax coverage, car usage to West Malaysia and unlimited mileage.

With Mercedes-Benz GO PLUS, you enjoy additional benefits such as:

  • Replacement vehicle will be provided to you when your vehicle is in the workshop.
  • Concierge service is provided during (Vehicle pick-up and delivery)
  • Service and Maintenance
  • Wear and tear replacement
  • 24-hour roadside assistance (Singapore-only)

FLEX is an option to make your lease more flexible than it already is

  • Your lease tenure is for 7 years but you have the option to terminate your lease any time after 3 years without any early termination payment.
  • In fact, you stand to gain loyalty cashback in case you decide to stay in the lease.
  • All the above with an upfront payment equivalent to 4 times your monthly leasing payment. This sum will be refunded to you (loyalty cashback) partially if you terminate from the 4th year onwards and in full if you complete the 7-year lease.
  • With FLEX, you buy yourself an option. If you do not exercise the option, the money you paid for the option is returned to you.

Security deposit ranges from 1 to 3 months equivalent of leasing payment (depending on credit approval).

At the end of the lease when your car is returned, your security deposit is refunded back to you via bank transfer nett of any expenses associated with car damages and outstanding fines.

Typically, you can expect to see the refund in your bank statement within 1 month of return of car.

Credit card payment is only accepted for security deposit and 1st month lease payment. For subsequent monthly lease payment, we only accept GIRO or interbank transfers (refer to Lease Payment Methods). This ensures that we keep our cost low to continue to provide competitive pricing to our customers.

Leased vehicles are covered with Comprehensive insurance. However, there are excess liabilities for each accident (Please refer to your contract acceptance letter for more details).

  • Do not panic.
  • If anyone is injured, call 995 for an ambulance or 999 for the police immediately.
  • Do not attempt to move the vehicles unless absolutely necessary.
  • Take photos of the accident scene and damage to all vehicles involved.
  • Exchange information and particulars with the other parties involved. (eg: license plate number, make & model, the colour of other vehicles involved, name, NRIC, contact number.) 
  • Unplug the in-car camera connection and remove the SD card to prevent any video footage overwrite.
  • Do not admit any liability, negotiate, or make any offer or settlement to a third party.
  • Contact MBFM 24-hour helpline at 8282 1711 for assistance.

Yes, your lease covers driving in Singapore and West Malaysia.
However, note that if your lease vehicle breaks down in Malaysia, no replacement will be provided in Malaysia.

Insurance

Leased vehicles are covered with Comprehensive insurance. However, there are excess liabilities for each accident (Please refer to your contract acceptance letter for more details).

 

Insurance excess is a pre-agreed amount that will be paid to Mercedes-Benz Fleet Management in the event of any claims or damages. Kindly refer to the excess table in the acceptance table.

You are unable to keep your NCD when you lease a vehicle.
However, we can request a “no claim letter” from the insurance company stating that the lessee has a clean driving record during the lease tenure.

Utilisation of Vehicle

Yes, foreigners can lease with us. Should the lease be more than 1 year, lessee has to convert his/her driving license to Singapore driving license.

No, there is no mileage cap.

Repair & Maintenance

For full service lease, maintenance covers all fair wear & tear parts of the vehicle.
Exterior scratches and dents are not covered under wear & tear.

Yes, you can. However, the third-party workshops have to follow the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule, replacement of original parts & specifications.
Mercedes-Benz Fleet Management will charge back the lessee for repair costs at the end of the lease if the vehicle is found not to be properly maintained.
